I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Dave was absolutely incredible helping us both buy our new house and sell our old house. From making shareable spreadsheets to summarize all of the houses we had been to see which highlighted important pros and cons of each house, to hosting multiple open houses (where he showed up early to ensure the house was in order, with flowers and coffee/snacks for all of the potential buyers) He went above and beyond every step of the way and continually went out of his way for us to ensure we got the best price, both when buying and selling.
