No pressure. No guesswork. Just better real estate decisions, before you ever hire a Realtor.
Explore Own In Toronto →Better real estate decisions start with better information. That's why I built Own In Toronto: to give buyers and sellers the education they need before they ever work with me.
Better Decisions,
Not Just Transactions
My job isn't to convince you to buy or sell a home. My job is to help you make the right decision, even if that decision is to wait.
Buying or selling a home shouldn't feel confusing or high-pressure. As a Toronto real estate agent, I explain the risks before the rewards and the downsides before the upside, so you're never surprised after closing. Most agents sell. I'd rather you decide, with far better information than you had before we met.
That philosophy is what became Own In Toronto. I kept noticing that most real estate websites are built to capture leads, not to help people make better decisions. So I built the opposite: neighbourhood research, buyer and seller education, market analysis, and free calculators, available to anyone, whether or not we ever work together. Today it has grown into one of Toronto's most comprehensive independent real estate resources.
Born and raised in the GTA, I know this city's neighbourhoods, its market cycles, and what actually drives value across every price point and property type. As a REALTOR® with Property.ca Brokerage, I bring that knowledge to every client with clarity, honesty, and zero pressure, and I stay a resource long after the keys change hands.
As a Toronto Realtor, helping people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives is something I never take lightly, and the trust my clients place in me is something I work to earn every day.
Let's Talk Strategy →How I Work
You'll get the information and context to decide for yourself. I'll never rush you toward a transaction that isn't right for you, because a good decision beats a fast one every time.
You're a person making a life decision, not a commission. Sometimes the right move is to wait, or not to buy at all, and I'll always tell you honestly when that's the case.
Every property and every market has trade-offs. I walk you through the risks before the rewards, so there are no surprises later and you go in with your eyes open.
The deal isn't the finish line. I stay a resource for as long as you own in Toronto, long after the transaction is done and the keys have changed hands.
Why Own In Toronto Exists
"I wish someone had told us that before we bought."
Early on, I kept hearing the same sentence from buyers and sellers. After hearing it enough times, I realized the problem wasn't a lack of information. It was that the best information was almost impossible to find, scattered across listings, buried in fine print, or written to capture leads instead of genuinely help. I built Own In Toronto to fix that: one place to get real neighbourhood research, market context, and honest answers up front, so you can walk into a decision this big already informed.

Get the NewsletterA Little More About Me
Real estate is what I do, but it's the people that keep me doing it. I'm a Torontonian through and through, born and raised here, and still genuinely curious about every corner of this city. I'll catch myself slowing down on streets I've driven a hundred times, because every neighbourhood here has a story, and I never get tired of learning them.
Family comes first. My wife and I have three kids, a daughter and twin boys, and they get most of my time. I love family time, and I'm a die-hard fan of Toronto's home teams, so when I'm not with the kids you'll usually find me watching or playing sports.
What I love most about this work is simple. There's nothing like helping someone accomplish a goal and being a key resource that helps them get there. Whether it's a first-time buyer getting their keys, a family finding their street, or a seller moving on to what's next, that feeling never gets old.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why did you build Own In Toronto?
I kept hearing people say "I wish I'd known that before I bought." Most real estate sites are built to capture leads, not to help people decide. I built Own In Toronto to flip that, a place to get neighbourhood research, market analysis, and honest answers first, long before you hire a Realtor.
What areas do you specialize in?
I work across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, with deep, street-level knowledge of the city's neighbourhoods, from the east end to the west end and downtown to midtown. The neighbourhood guides on Own In Toronto cover 50+ areas in detail.
What type of clients do you work with?
First-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, sellers, and investors. What my clients have in common isn't a price point. It's that they want to make an informed decision about Toronto home buying or selling, not a rushed one.
Do you only work with buyers?
No. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors. Whether you're buying your first home, selling to move on to the next chapter, or analyzing an investment property, the approach is the same: strategy, honesty, and no pressure.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Absolutely. First-time buyers are a big part of what I do. There's a lot to learn the first time around, so I take extra time to walk you through the process, the numbers, and the strategy, with no cost and no pressure. A lot of the guides and calculators on Own In Toronto were built with first-time buyers in mind.
How are you different from other Toronto Realtors?
Most agents lead with selling. I lead with education. Own In Toronto is one of Toronto's most comprehensive independent real estate resources, and I'd rather you make the right decision, even if that's to wait, than the fast one. The reviews and the resources are there so you can judge for yourself before we ever talk.
Do I need to sign anything before meeting?
No. A first conversation is just that, a conversation. There's no paperwork required to talk through your goals and get an honest read on your options.
Can I use Own In Toronto if I don't hire you?
Absolutely, and I hope you do. The guides, calculators, market resources, and newsletter are free and open to everyone, whether or not we ever work together. If they help you make a better decision on your own, that's a win.
Before You Hire Me
Spend an hour exploring the site. Read the neighbourhood guides. Run the calculators. Read a few market resources.
If you come away thinking "this is someone I'd trust," I'd love to help. If not, you'll still leave with better information than you arrived with. Either way, you win.
